App: Scan to Plan · Developer: Narova Digital · Last updated: 21 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Narova Digital ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mixed-reality application Scan to Plan (the "App") for Meta Quest devices.
The App collects and processes three kinds of account data through the Meta Platform — your User ID, your age group and your in-app purchase record — solely in order to run, to offer the one-time unlock and to restore it on any headset you sign into. That exchange happens between your headset and the Meta Platform, which is why the App asks for internet access; it is the only thing the App uses the network for. We operate no servers, receive none of this data ourselves, and the App contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Each item below is requested from the Meta Platform over the internet when the App starts, held in the device's memory only while the App is running, and discarded when you close it. The App writes none of it to storage of its own, and sends it to nobody but the Meta Platform it came from — not to us, and not to any third party.
These three are the platform features declared for the App in Meta's Data Use Checkup, and the App uses them for no other purpose.
This never reaches the Meta Platform, us, or anyone else. It is read on the headset, drawn on the headset, and stays there:
When you export a plan, the App writes a picture and an editable vector drawing to Pictures/ScanToPlan, where you can open them in the headset gallery or over a USB cable. It also keeps a small technical file in its own private storage, describing the same plan in numbers, used to diagnose drawing problems. These files stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Beyond the three items named above, the App collects no other personal data: no name, no contact details, no location, no photographs or camera images, no room scan, no usage analytics, no advertising identifiers. We share nothing with anyone, because nothing reaches us in the first place — there are no third-party processors, no data brokers and no advertisers. Meta processes the three items above as the platform operator, under its own privacy policy.
On your headset, at any time and at no cost:
By asking us: write to game@narova.ee with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm within 30 days what, if anything, we hold in connection with your request, delete anything we do hold, and tell you when it is done. You need not give a reason, we answer wherever you live, and we never charge for it. If your request concerns data held by Meta rather than by us — your purchase history or your account — we will say so and point you to Meta, who alone can act on it.
The App runs on Meta Quest and is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Your use of the headset, the store and the platform is subject to Meta's own privacy practices, which are outside our control. Please review Meta's Privacy Policy.
The App is self-certified with Meta for mixed ages: anyone may install it, whatever their age. As Meta requires of a mixed-ages app, it asks the platform which age group the signed-in account belongs to, and behaves accordingly. When the answer is the child age group, the App does not offer the purchase: the notice across the two locked sheets no longer invites anyone to buy, and the checkout flow is never started. Everything that is free is free at every age and works the same way.
The App asks for no personal information from any user, of any age, beyond the three account items named above. It shows no advertising to anyone, and it has no chat, no social features and no user-generated content.
If the App ever begins handling data differently, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
